“It was extremely easy to order on the web site - and delivery was quickly arranged by e-mail. My furniture arrived on the day that was agreed, the delivery men being extremely helpful. All was well packed (loads of packing!) but received safely and was then easy to put together with very straight forward instructions. Furniture is lovely, well made and looks great in the garden. Extremely pleased and would definitely recommend. Thank you.”

“Die Onlinebestellung war total bedienerfreundlich und einfach - und die Lieferung wurde perfekt per E-Mail vorgeplant. Meine Gartenmöbel kamen am vereinbarten Tag an, die Lieferleute waren extrem hilfsbereit. Alles war sehr gut verpackt (Berge an Verpackungsmaterial!), war unbeschädigt und konnte leicht aufgebaut werden. Die Aufbauanleitung war gut verständlich. Die Gartenmöbel schaut toll aus, die Fertigungsqualität ist hervorragend und das Ensemble schaut toll aus in unserem Garten. Ich bin überaus zufrieden und empfehle diese tolle Firma hiermit allen weiter.”

“The ordering process was simple and straight forward. The web site was very good, giving proper measurements, which made choosing your product to fit my particular garden space very easy. The order arrived promptly and complete. Assembly for three tables, and four chairs took under 3 hours at a leisurely pace. Instruction provided were adequate, however I found that when assembling the chairs it was easier if I put the backs on before the legs. Perhaps the instruction could be mended to reflect this. In this order it made easier acces to the nuts under the chairs. Otherwise a fine, well made garden set which I look forward to using”
