“Ordering over the internet was very easy. Customer follow up was exceptionally good. Receiving a phone call the following day to discuss delivery was very reassuring and my order was received by me the day after. The product was exactly what I thought it would be; the quality of my table and chairs is excellent. Altogether, a really good buying experience. The only drawback was the TNT's delivery man refused to actually deliver to my door as we are off the beaten track (even though I had stated this when ordering and on the phone) so I had to fetch a trolley and deliver it to myself! Good exercise for me but thought you should be aware!!!”

“Notre commande n’a pas été livrée comme prévue à cause du livreur qui a manqué de temps. Un email à Lazy Susan pour les alerter du problème et le responsable m’a appelé immédiatement pour plus de détails et s’excuser pour le retard. Excellent service client et nous sommes ravis de nos nouveaux meubles de jardin !”

“Unsere Bestellung wurde nicht so ausgeliefert wie angekündigt, weil der Lieferfahrer an zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen keine Zeit mehr hatte unsere Adresse anzusteuern. Nach einer Beschwerdemail an Lazy Susan rief mich der Firmeninhaber persönlich an um weitere Einzelheiten abzufragen und sich für die Verzögerung zu entschuldigen. Exzellenter Kundenservice und wir sind begeistert von unseren neuen Gartenmöbeln.”

“Vraiment enchantée de ma table de jardin Lucy, mes chaises de jardin, parasol et coussins. J’ai également acheté une petite table bistrot pour notre balcon, pour aller avec quelques vieilles chaises en fonte. Les communications étaient impressionnantes, d’autant que la livraison rapide. J’ai commandé dimanche dernier en soirée, puis j’ai reçu un email le même soir pour prévenir que la livraison se ferait le mercredi. Arrivés à temps pour nous afin de nous permettre profiter de ce temps magnifique. Les produits ont été facilement assemblés et ils sont bien faits. Je recommanderais sans aucun doute.”
