“La livraison a été rapide et les table et chaises de jardin bien emballées sur la palette - le tout livré en toute sécurité ! Le personnel est infailliblement aimable et serviable pour arranger les détails de ma commande. La table de jardin a été assemblée facilement - même si les instructions papier auraient pu être plus complètes…. mais tout était assez évident et bien complété par le clip vidéo sur le web. Quelques instructions sur comment visser les écrous auraient été utiles - étant donné la finesse relative de la fonte en aluminium pour les boulons en acier. J’aurais préféré l’autocollant de la société sur le bord, plutôt que le dessus de la table (je ne suis pas sûr de savoir si l’on peut le retirer sans endommager la peinture). Mais ce ne sont que des points mineurs. J’ai été/ je suis très content du produit - les chaises sont très confortables (plus que ce que je pensais !) et la table s’accorde bien.”

“Delivery was prompt and the table and chairs well wrapped on the pallet - all arrived safely! Staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful in sorting out the details of my order and the table assembled easily - although possibly the paper instructions could have been a little fuller... but it was all obvious and well backed up by the video clip on the web. Some guidance on how tight to screw the nuts would have been helpful - given the relative softness of the aluminium casting to the steel bolts. I should have preferred the company sticker on the edge, rather than the top, of the table (I am not sure whether it can be pulled off without damaging the paint finish). But all these are minor points. I was/am very happy with the product - the chairs are very comfortable (more so than I was expecting!) and the table fits in well.”
