“In der Montageanleitung der vorverpackten Artikel sollte angegeben werden, wo sich das entsprechende Werkzeug befindet. Obwohl Diagramme beigefügt waren, waren sie nicht sehr klar oder hilfreich, um zu bestimmen, welches Teil wohin gehört. Nach den ersten 2 Gartenstühlen wurde der Zusammenbau jedoch einfacher. Bei den Gartenstühlen mit Armlehnen könnten die Kanten des Gestells etwas glatter sein. Es besteht immer die Gefahr, dass man sich Stichwunden zufügt, empfindliche Materialien daran kleben bleiben und die Haut zerkratzt.”

“Ordering and delivery were five star. Table construction , using an unopened chair box, was as clearly shown in your video. The parasol ,base and cushions were superb. I was mentally composing a five star eulogy when I unpacked the wrong chairs. This was an irritation, which you remedied in a timely way. It might be useful to note the contents on the outside of the chair boxes, or supervise their packing.”

“Bestellung und Lieferung waren fünf Sterne. Der Zusammenbau des Gartentischs unter Verwendung einer ungeöffneten Schachtel mit einem Gartenstuhl war wie in Ihrem klaren Video gezeigt. Der Sonnenschirm, der Sonnenschirmfuß und die Gartenkissen waren hervorragend. In Gedanken war ich schon dabei, eine Fünf-Sterne-Lobrede zu verfassen, als ich den falschen Gartenstuhl auspackte. Das war ärgerlich, aber Sie haben das sehr schnell korrigiert. Es wäre vielleicht sinnvoll, den Inhalt auf der Außenseite der Kartons aufzuführen oder die Verpackung zu überwachen.”

“I took delivery of the June Patio Set yesterday along with the Rose Bistro set and all the bits and pieces that go with it and am delighted with everything. The tables and chairs all look lovely. I was a bit concerned buying aluminium but everything is quite sturdy but still light enough to move easily. This was confirmed this morning when I had a look out into my garden after a particulaly windy night and everything was where I left it last night. My husband put the furniture together and was pleased with how simple it was to do. Everthing is brilliant value for money. I would not hesitate to buy from this company again.”
