“De montageïnstructies van de voorverpakte artikelen zouden aan moeten geven waar het geschikte werktuig is. Hoewel diagrammen bijgesloten waren waren ze niet erg duidelijk of behulpzaam bij het bepalen welk onderdeel waar hoort. Echter, na de eerste 2 tuinstoelen werd de montage gemakkelijker. De kantjes van het frame van de tuinstoelen met armleuningen mag wat gladder. Het gevaar op steekwondjes, tere materialen die eraan blijven hangen en krassen van de huid is altijd aanwezig.”

“Bestelling en levering waren vijf sterren. Montage van de tuintafel, gebruikmakend van een ongeopende doos met een tuinstoel, was zoals weergegeven in jullie duidelijke video. De parasol, parasolvoet en tuinkussens waren uitmuntend. In gedachten was ik al een vijf sterren lofrede op aan het stellen toen ik een verkeerde tuinstoel uitpakte. Dat was irritant, maar jullie verbeterden dat heel snel. Het is wellicht nuttig de inhoud op de buitenkant van de dozen te vermelden, of het inpakken te overzien.”

“Ich habe eine Onlinebestellung bei Ihnen gemacht und die Möbel innerhalb einer Woche erhalten. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Qualität und mit dem Umstand, dass sowohl Tisch als auch Stühle sehr einfach aufzubauen waren, da Selbst-ist-der-Mann-Tätigkeiten eigentlich nicht meine starke Seite sind! “Der von Lazy Susan erhaltene Service war exzellent - Lieferung von Gartentisch, 6 Gartenstühlen und Sonnenschirm/Ständer innerhalb von 48 Stunden nach Bestellaufgabe und höflicher, freundlicher Umgangston am telefon! Qualität und Gegenwert der Produkte sind 1A. Ich hatte viele Stunden damit verbracht, nach genau solchen Möbeln zu suchen und hatte sie woanders nirgendwo finden können, jedenfalls nicht in der QUalität und zu dem Preis wie bei Lazy Susan, so ich sie dann natürlich gekauft habe. Ich würde diese Firma vorbehaltlos jedem weiterempfehlen. Der Raum, der zu meinem Garten herausführt, hat eine zimmerhohe Terrassentür und ich habe gezielt nach Möbeln gesucht, die in dieses Ambiente passen und jetzt bin ich so zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis, denn alles passt wunderbar zusammen. Ich hoffe nur, dass der Dauerregen bald aufhört, so dass ich in den Garten kann um die tollen Gartenmöbel auch zu nutzen! Liebe Grüße und vielen Dank”

“I ordered the furniture last week and they are currently on their way to Greece. Hence, I cannot –at this time- comment on the actual quality/value of the pieces. Suffice it to say, that I was convinced to place the order, by the descriptions on the Lazy Susan website, the communications with you and the customer testimonials. More specifically, I can say that all communications with you or your colleagues, have been timely, informative and courteous. The ancient Greeks used to say, that from a claw you can recognize the lion, so I expect that the furniture, when they arrive, will be quite satisfactory.”

“I ordered the June oval table, 6 April chairs, the April bench and parasol and base. The service was excellent. My email enquiries were dealt with promptly as was my order. The delivery took place within a few days and my morning slot exceeded my expectation as it was a 9am - 12noon window that arrived at 8.15am. The furniture was brilliantly packaged, was easy to assemble and looks fantastic. Just need some decent weather to enjoy it!”

“Ik heb de tuinmeubelen vorige week besteld en ze zijn momenteel op weg naar Griekenland. Derhalve kan ik nog niet oordelen over de kwaliteit/waarde van de artikelen. Wat kan ik zeggen, ik werd overgehaald om de bestelling te plaatsen door de beschrijvingen op de Lazy Susan Tuinmeubelen website, de communicatie met jou en de getuigenissen van de klanten. Om precies te zijn, de communicatie met jou en je collega's was op tijd, informatief en hoffelijk. De oude grieken plachten te zeggen, aan de klauwen herkent men de leeuw, dus ik verwacht dat de tuinmeubelen, wanneer ze aankomen, behoorlijk tevredenstellend zullen zijn.”
