“This is the second time we have used this company for garden furniture and both times we have been extremely impressed with both the furniture and service received. The product has arrived very well packaged with no small parts missing, usually the following day after ordering. The items were easy to put together in very little time and are of very good quality and finish. “Service was fine and delivery good (despite not getting advance information about delivery time as promised). The sealed pack of fastenings was missing four M8 washers, and the casting made it difficult to get a spanner onto a few of the nuts, leading to difficulty tightening.”

“Insgesamt war die Bestellung bei Ihrem Unternehmen eine wirklich gute Erfahrung. Ich hatte einige Probleme, meine Kreditkarten zu akzeptieren, aber ich habe am Telefon mit einer sehr hilfsbereiten Person gesprochen, die die Daten manuell eingegeben hat. Die Lieferung war sehr effizient. Ich erhielt eine E-Mail, in der mir mitgeteilt wurde, dass die Ware am nächsten Tag geliefert werden würde. Mir wurde kein Zeitraum zugewiesen, da der Fahrer nach eigenen Angaben eine SMS an Ihr Mobiltelefon geschickt hätte und ich meine Handynummer nicht angegeben hatte. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Gartenbank, die von meinen letzten Besuchern sehr bewundert wurde. Sie ist sehr einfach zu montieren, recht robust und hat eine gute Qualität. Ich kann Ihr Unternehmen auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würde auf jeden Fall wieder bei Ihnen kaufen.”

“I thought i would wait a while to write a review of this garden bench because i wanted to see how it held up being left outside all year. Its been out there about a year now in all weather and it looks like new. still sturdy and still comfortable, this was fairly easy to assemble and it looks great. its light enough to move about on your own if you need to but sturdy enough you can comfortably sit two adults on it or let your children sit/stand/climb etc. all in all, i am very happy with this product and i would recommend it!”

“In brief you have provided a great Customer Service experience………….. The website was both easy to navigate and intuitive and the previous customer reactions were spot on!! We were informed that the items were not gong to be in stock for a month and that is exactly what happened. Emails confirmed actual ‘in stock’/delivery date with plenty of warning – good work. Summing up this was a seamless experience and just as described.”

“1. Although the item I ordered was delayed because of stock shortages, I was kept informed about this and when the item became available I was told exactly when it was to be delivered and the name of the delivery person (thanks, Steve). 2. The garden bench I ordered is of excellent quality and was reasonably easy to assemble even on my own (although I should have waited for my wife to come home to lend a hand or two – then it would have been very easy!)
