“Die Qualität ist exzellent und der Aufbau klappte reibungslos und schnell. Auch die Lieferung war beeindruckend, wir erhielten am Montag morgeneine E-Mail mit der angekündigten Lieferzeit und genau so wurde dannauch geliefert. Gut gemacht, es ist ein großatiges Gefühl, so tollen Service zu erfahren.”

“In brief you have provided a great Customer Service experience………….. The website was both easy to navigate and intuitive and the previous customer reactions were spot on!! We were informed that the items were not gong to be in stock for a month and that is exactly what happened. Emails confirmed actual ‘in stock’/delivery date with plenty of warning – good work. Summing up this was a seamless experience and just as described.”

“1. Bien que ma commande ait été décalée à cause d'un manque de stock, j'ai été tenu au courant de son avancement et quand l'article fut disponible, on m'a dit à quel moment il serait livré et par quel livreur (merci Steve). 2. Le banc de jardin que j'ai commandé est d'excellent qualité et fut relativement simple à assembler, même seule (même si j'aurais du attendre ma femme pour m'aider, dans ce cas ça aurait été très facile !)”

“1. Ofschoon het artikel dat ik besteld had vertraagd was vanwege tekorten in de voorraad werd ik op de hoogte gehouden en toen het artikel beschikbaar kwam werd me precies verteld wanneer het geleverd zou worden en ook de naam van de bezorger (dankjewel, Steve). 2. De tuinbank die ik bestelde heeft een uitstekende kwaliteit en was redelijk gemakkelijk in elkaar te zetten zelfs in mijn eentje (ofschoon ik op mijn vrouw had moeten wachten om een handje te helpen – dan zou het erg gemakkelijk geweest zijn!). Het allerbeste, Ken.”
