“Bei Erhalt der Bank waren die Armlehnen und die Sitzfläche und die Rückenlehne beschädigt. Die Lieferung erfolgte zu einem Termin, der nicht eingehalten wurde (der Spediteur rief am 30.04. an, um einen Termin zu vereinbaren, kam aber nicht und gab keinen Grund an. Die Bank "Jasmin" entspricht in Form und Farbe unseren Erwartungen.”

“We are extremely pleased with the service and the bench which was very easy to assessable. We did order the bench by telephone, I was impressed by the helpfulness and advice and the next day delivery. I will definitely use this company again. So let's hope for some lovely sunshine to make the most of the bench, although it does look very nice even on a cloudy day. Many thanks for the brilliant service.”

“Service provided to date has been excellent. We were clearly informed before placing our order that item was out of stock. They provided and ETA of end January which we accepted and have not taken the money until goods despatched. Site was clear and unambiguous and intuitive. We look forward to receiving the bench.”

“Beim Zusammenbau des Gartentisches entdeckten wir an einem Bein einen kleinen Gussfehler, der die Symmetrie der Beine ein wenig stört. Kein wirklich großes Problem. Bei der Montage der Gartenbank fehlten laut Anleitung 4 federnde Dichtungsringe. Ohne die Dichtungsringe ist die Gartenbank noch schöner. Zusammenfassend bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem "traditionellen" Design und der Gestaltung, mit der Robustheit des Alugusses und mit der einfachen Pflege.”
