“Hatte Bistro Set bestellt, das aber in falscher Farbe geliefert wurde, aber sehr schnell und es wurde auch sehr schnell ausgetauscht als ich es moniert habe. Musst dann emailen wegen einiger Schrauben und Bolzen, die fehlten und konnte kaum glauben, dass ich an einem Wochenende innerhalb einer STunde zurückgerufen wurde und mir gesagt wurde, dass die fehlenden Teile schon in den Tischbeinen drinstecken würden, was der Fall war. Ich hatte nur in den Beuteln mit den anderen Kleinteilen nachgeschaut gehabt. Das Bistroset schaut wirklich schön aus, ich habe es bislang noch nicht aufgebaut, da es ein Geschenk für die neue Terrasse meiner Schwester ist.”

“Ordered bistro set but wrong colour sent but a prompt collection and new delivery was arranged quickly. Had to email regarding hardware thought some bolts were missing and couldn't believe got a response on a weekend within the hour to say they were already inserted into the legs of the table which is where I hadn't looked before checking the bag of components. Looks really nice but haven't assemble yet as it is a present for my sisters new patio.”
