“Originally ordered an Ivy bistro table with 2 Rose chairs on a Friday afternoon - email arrived from LazySusan within 3 hours to say that there was a Rose table with the two chairs at the same price (my mistake, missed the Rose table on the website...), so cancelled the order, and re-ordered on Sunday. Consignment arrived Tuesday within the hour time frame specified for delivery. Assembly was easy, although there is only a basic, diagrammatic instruction plan. The table and two chairs took about 45 min - 20 for the first chair learning how to do it (is easier to loosely attach the chair back to the seat with the two bolts before attaching the rear legs, as these partly obstruct the seat back bolts, learnt this the hard way with the first chair). Then 15 min for the other chair and 10 min for the table. Set looks very attractive on the patio outside my thatched house, plus low maintenance and no rusting (will have to see how the steel bolts last), and am very happy with the purchase. So far, 5 stars. However, the plastic caps to hide the exposed nuts/bolts do not fit properly, both because the exposed bolts are longer than the cap, and, where this is not the case, they simply fall off the nut. leaving the bolt/nut as a shiny steel contrast to the dark bronze. I am not too worried about this as the only nuts/bolts exposed to view are those on the attachment of the arm rest to the seat back, and the seat backs face towards a wall, but it is a fault even if minor, hence 4 stars. Final conclusion? Would I recommend this company/service/product? Most definitely.”

“the table and chairs were fine for the money we paid only faullt was the extra welding on base screw holes which made legs uneven when bolted down also a couple weld splashes on back of chair that if you ran your hand over the back you can feel the little sharp edges”
