“Hi, der Service war exzellent. Als wir unsere Lieferung erhielte, haben wir festgestellt, dass die Schutzkappe an einem der Tischfüße gefehlt hat. Wir haben euch dann gleich ge-e-mailt und innerhalb von 2 Tagen habt ihr uns das Teil nachgeliefert. “We visited the warehouse in Chichester to purchase an IVY round table and 2 chairs and also look at some garden benches. The team at Lazy Susan were really helpful answering our questions and showing us how easy it was to put the furniture together. We are impressed with how sturdy the small round table is and how well it looks in the Garden. We are now going to go ahead and order the garden benches. Cheryl”

“Bonjour. Vraiment ravie du service. Le produit était exactement comme je l’espérais et le service vraiment efficace. C’était génial de pouvoir spécifier une date de livraison puis de recevoir une notification sur le créneau horaire auquel la livraison aurait lieu. Pourquoi toutes les commandes et les livraisons ne pourraient pas se dérouler aussi bien?! Merci”

“Hoi. Heel erg tevreden met de service. Het product kwam precies overeen met mijn verwachtingen en de service is echt efficiënt. Het was geweldig om een leverdatum uit te mogen kiezen en dan een mededeling te krijgen met het uur van levering. Waarom kunnen alle bestellingen en leveringen niet net zo goed uitgevoerd worden! “Hi, bin wirklich sehr zufrieden mit dem Service. Das Produkt entsprach genau meinen Erwartungen und der Service ist wirklich effizient. Großartig fand ich die Möglichkeit, ein gewünschtes Lieferdatum anzugeben und dann eine Benachrichtigung mit einem Lieferzeitfenster zu erhalten. Warum können nicht die Bestellungen bei anderen Onlineshops auch so professional ablaufen wie bei Euch?! Danke.”

“Un grand merci pour ce service rapide, de la commande à la livraison - moins de 2 jours !! J'étais tellement content de pouvoir trouver à l'heure près le moment de ma livraison, comme ça ne m'était jamais arrivé en commandant en ligne auparavant. Nous trouvons les chaises de jardin très confortables et les avons assemblées en peu de temps. C'est magnifique dans notre jardin. Merci beaucoup.”
