“J'ai voulu commandé un salon de jardin bistrot Ivy depuis Internet qui s’est révélé en rupture de stock. Lorsque j’ai téléphoné on m’a indiqué l’heure à laquelle il apparaitrait en stock sur le site web. J’ai ensuite essayé de commander et je suis parvenue aux dernières étapes du paiement et il n’a pas voulu accepter ma carte. J’ai téléphoné pour commander par téléphone, et cela a été géré très efficacement et la livraison a été fixée au jour suivant, reçue à temps. Un grand merci.”

“Bestelde een Ivy bistro tuinset op het internet dat aangaf dat ze niet op voorraad waren. Toen ik opbelde werd me verteld dat ze wel op voorraad waren en tegelijkertijd verschenen ze ook op voorraad op de website. Probeerde daarna te bestellen en kwam tot de laatste fase van betaling waar het mijn kaart niet wilde accepteren. Belde op om over de telefoon te bestellen, het werd erg efficiënt afgehandeld en levering werd vastgelegd voor de volgende dag en op tijd in ontvangst genomen. Heel erg bedankt.”

“Ordering an Ivy Bistro Set from the internet which showed out of stock. When I telephoned I was told you did have them in stock at which time they appeared in stock on the web. Then tried to order and got to the last stages in payment and it would not accept my card. Phoned to order by telephone, it was dealt with very efficiently and delivery was arranged for the following day and received on time. Many thanks”

“Hatte ein Ivy Bistro Set im Internet bestellen wollen, das aber als nicht mehr erhältlich angezeigt wurde. Auf telefonische Nachfrage wurde mir gesagt, dass der Artikel bald wieder zu haben sein werde und man sagte mir, wann das auch im Onlineshop angezeigt werden würde. Dann versuchte ich nochmal zu bestelllen, aber dann wurde meine Kreditkarte nicht akzeptiert. Wollte dann telefonisch bestellen und das hat dank des tollen Kundenservice hervorragend geklappt und die Lieferung wurde nach meinen Wünschen vereinbart, und zwar für den folgenden Tag und sie klappte hervorragend und pünktlich. Vielen Dank.”
