“Der Bestellvorgang klappte tadellos und die Lieferung war tadellos. Ich habe einen Liefertag ausgesucht,dannerhielt ich eine Email, die mir den genauen Zeitpunkt der Lieferung mitteilte und der ganze Kontakt war auch noch sehr persönich gehalten im Tonfall. Für einen Berufstätigen sind solche Lieferungen immer ein Albtraum und diese Felxibilität ist ein echtes Kaufargument.”

“The order process was very good and the delivery excellent. Having a delivery day issued, then an email telling me exactly when the delivery would be made was a very personal touch. When you work, deliveries are a nightmare and this flexibility is a very positive selling point.”

“Schnelle Lieferung, alle Teile kamen an und der Zusammenbau war einfach. Das Produkt kam sogar mit Ersatzschrauben/-befestigungen, falls Sie ein paar davon verlieren sollten. Die Möbel sind schön, ein bisschen leichter als ich erwartet hatte, aber sie scheinen ziemlich robust zu sein.”
