“Nous avons été vraiment contents de notre achat (salon bistro Ivy) de A à Z. Nous avons spécifié la date que l'on souhaitait pour la livraison et on nous a indiqué un créneau de livraison d'une heure qui a été parfaitement marché. Les table et chaises de jardin étaient bien emballées. Cela nous a pris environ une heure de déballer et de tout monter, ce qui n'était pas mal pour nous ! Le produit lui-même est super - léger mais assez solide, assise confortable et magnifique (comme sur les photos du site). Nous recommanderions fortement cette entreprise pour ses produits, sa communication et son service. Merci”

“We waren van begin tot eind heel erg blij met onze aankoop (Ivy bistro tuinset). We vroegen naar de leverdatum en er werd een tijdstip met uitloop van een uur doorgegeven wat perfect uitpakte. De tuintafel en tuinstoelen waren goed verpakt. Het uitpakken en in elkaar zetten kostte ons ongeveer een uur wat voor ons niet eens zo slecht is! Het product zelf is geweldig – licht van gewicht maar toch sterk genoeg, comfortabel om op te zitten en ziet er fantastisch uit (conform de foto's op de website). Kan het bedrijf ten zeerste aanbevelen voor hun product, communicatie en service. Dank jullie wel.”

“J'ai été vraiment ravie de tout. Ma commande est arrivé la veille du jour prévu, soit seulement 3 jours après la commande. J'ai été impressionnée par la qualité, il était facile à monter (d'après mon fils). Je trouve qu'il embellit mon tout petit jardin. Merci encore.”

“Vielen Dank, super schnelle Lieferung, sehr hübsches Set, ein paar wenige Lackschaeden, aber nicht so auffällig. Vielleicht bekomme ich noch ein kleines Reparaturset, wäre nett. LG”

“I ordered and received the above last year. The delivery was very prompt and unfortunately, one of the packs of screws was missing. I phoned the company - fabulous support and they posted them out immediately (received next day). This table and chairs sits out in all weather and this spring, I washed them down (to remove the bird poo and cob webs) and they look as good as the day I received them. Really impressed. The only maintenance required is tightening up the screws on the chairs after being out all winter - I can cope with that! Thank you Lazy Susan.”
