“Schönes Produkt. Um 15 Uhr angekommen und wurde sofort geöffnet. Es scheint einen Herstellungsfehler zu geben. Ich habe den Kundendienst angerufen und sie waren großartig. Man hat sich vielmals entschuldigt und versprochen, sofort ein Ersatzteil zu schicken. Zu meiner Überraschung kam das Ersatzteil am nächsten Tag um 11 Uhr per Kurier! Ich bin mit dem Produkt sehr zufrieden und der Kundenservice war ausgezeichnet. Ich werde es weiterempfehlen und wieder bestellen.”
