“The bench is lovely and straightforward to assemble. I was able to change the delivery date very easily and when I phoned with a query on a Sunday my call was answered quickly. The delivery was prompt and efficient. We had two small issues - the diagrams on the instructions were very small shop it took a while to realise some of the washers indicated were actually rubber ones already stuck on the bench. The other small issue was the Lazy Susan logo is upside down on the bench. This wouldn't have mattered much but as the bench was a gift it was disappointing not to be perfect. The bench looks great and is comfortable with and without the cushion. I would definitely recommend the bench and the company and will be using them again.”
