“Cela a été un plaisir total d'avoir affaire avec le personnel de Lazy Susan. Expérience avant-vente : service attentionné et sympathique, proactif pour fournir des conseils et des infos sur les produits ainsi que sur les offres spéciales en cours - évaluation : 5 étoiles. Meubles de jardin eux-mêmes : j'ai acheté une table en aluminium 8 personnes avec un parasol et un banc de jardin. Tous les meubles sont arrivés en parfait état, conformes à la description du site - évaluation : 5 étoiles. Expérience globale : je ne prends pas souvent le temps d'écrire un commentaire sauf si j'ai un problème à signaler, mais l'expérience avec Lazy Susan a été si bonne, que je trouve que l'équipe mérite de savoir qu'ils ont fait un client très, très heureux. Je recommanderais complètement Lazy Susan et je n'hésiterais pas à acheter chez eux de nouveau.”

“Het was een absoluut genoegen om met het personeel van Lazy Susan Tuinmeubelen zaken te doen. De pre-sales ervaring – behulpzame en vriendelijke service die welwillend proactief advies geeft en kennis over de producten en beschikbare aanbiedingen deelt. Waardering: 5 sterren. De goederen – heb een aluminium tuintafel voor 8 personen met parasol en losse tuinbank besteld. Alle artikelen waren in uitstekende staat en kwamen overeen met de beschrijving op de website. Waardering: 5 sterren. Algemene indruk – Ik neem niet vaak de tijd om feedback te geven tenzij er een probleem is. De gehele indruk die ik van Lazy Susan Tuinmeubelen kreeg was echter zo goed dat ik vind dat het team het helemaal verdiend om te weten dat het een heel erg tevreden klant heeft. Ik kan Lazy Susan Tuinmeubelen ten zeerste aanbevelen en zou in de toekomst meteen opnieuw bij hen kopen.”

“Le service que j'ai reçu de la part de Lazy Susan était absolument de première classe. La grosse commande de 2 chaises longues, un salon de jardin 8 personnes, un salon de patio 2 personnes et accessoires ont été livrés seulement 3 jours après la commande. Tout cela a été facile à monter et a l’air à présent ravissant dans le jardin. Merci beaucoup.”

“The staff at Lazy Susan were helpful, friendly and efficient. The icing on the cake was, delivery on time as promised. The pallet arrived with everything well protected. At first I thought that the table would be bent because the bindings were very tight and distorted the box. Having removed it from the box it was fine. I realised afterwards it would be very difficult to bend. The set is obviously self-assembly. One usually finds that there is always something missing like a nut or bolt but in this case there were actually spares which pleased me. The assembly is quite time consuming so allow more time than you think. I spent a lot of time trying to get the best alignment for the chairs so that the legs would not rock. What a waste of time. The best way to do it is to loosely assemble the chairs then get someone to sit on them whilst you tighten the nuts and bolts. Make a note of bolt lengths before you start. When tighten they still rock a little but as they are slightly springy it cannot be noticed when someone sits on one. In fact they seem to settle when used a little. The chairs (April I think) are quite comfortable even without the cushions.Before you buy a patio table, shake it sideways. This one does not move.”

“We recently purchased from Lazy Susan their eight seater Gloria patio set, and prior to ordering visited their warehouse to view. We found them most helpful and courteous. They were well stocked and there was a sample available of everything we were interested in buying. The quality of the product was as advertised. When it came to making a final choice there was the flexibility to choose the exact combination of items to suit our needs. Delivery was extremely prompt and the table was assembled for us. The packaging was impressive and everything was in perfect condition. In an age when all too often either product or service does not come up to expectation Lazy Susan have got it right on both counts. I would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“Bonjour. Nous sommes très impressionnés par le service de Lazy Susan, qui n’est en fait pas paresseuse du tout. Il y avait un problème avec l’une des chaises lorsque nous les avons déballées. J’ai envoyé un email et avant même d’avoir envoyé les photos que j’avais prises, on m’avait déjà appelé et un remplacement était organisé deux jours plus tard. En fait je suis allé au travail le jour suivant et donné cela comme exemple d’un très bon service client. Nicke de Lazy Susan, qui n’est en fait pas paresseuse du tout. “Hoi, we waren echt onder de indruk van de service van Lazy Susan Tuinmeubelen. In feite, helemaal niet “Lazy”. Er was een probleem met een van de stoelen toen we hem uitpakten. Ik stuurde een e-mail en nog voor ik de foto's, die ik gemaakt had, op kon sturen werd ik opgebeld en werd een vervanging geregeld die 2 dagen later aankwam. De volgende dag ging ik naar het werk en gaf dit feitelijk als voorbeeld van geweldige klantenservice. Nick.”

“Hi, Wir waren vom Service von LS wirklich beeindruckt. Sie sind ja kein bißchen lazy!!! Beim Auspacken bemerkten wir, dass es da ein Problem bei einem der Stühle gab. Ich schickte eine E-Mail und bevor ich die Bilder, die ich gerade vom Stuhl gemacht hatte, nachschicken konnte, wurde ich schon angerufen, und mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass eine Austauschlieferung für den übernächsten Tag organisiert worden war. Ich bin dann am nächsten Tag in der Arbeit allen Kollegen erzählt, dass wir auch so einen tollen Kundenservice aufbauen müssen, wie ihn Lazy Susan vormacht.”
