“Le site web est assez facile à utiliser (comme pour beaucoup de sites). Cependant ce dont je suis le plus impressionné est le produit. La qualité est fabuleuse. La couleur, le design et le style sont vraiment beaux (je posterais une photo si je savais comment faire). J’ai également commandé mon produit un mercredi et j’ai demandé à être livré le samedi, ce qui est un très bon service. Toutes les pièces ont été livrées (sans pièces manquantes) et il n’y avait que la table à monter ce qui a été suffisamment facile. Oui je recommanderais cette société et ces produits.”

“The website is easy enough to use (the same as a lot of sites) however the thing I am most impressed with is the actual produce. The quality is fabulous. The colour design and style are really beautiful (I would post a picture if I knew how). I also order my produce on a Wednesday and asked for it to be delivered that Saturday which it was so good service there. All the pieces where delivered (no missing bits) and it was only the table I needed to put together which was easy enough. Yes I would recommend this company and product. Mrs O.”

“De website is gemakkelijk in het gebruik (zoals zo veel websites) maar ik ben het meest onder de indruk van de eigenlijke artikelen. De kwaliteit is fabelachtig. Het design, de stijl en de kleuren zijn werkelijk prachtig (ik zou een foto opsturen als ik wist hoe). Bovendien bestelde ik mijn artikelen op een woensdag en verzocht om levering op de volgende zaterdag, wat ook gebeurde. Dat was een ontzettend goede service. Alle onderdelen werden geleverd (geen ontbrekende deeltjes). Alleen de tuintafel moest in elkaar gezet worden maar dat was gemakkelijk genoeg. Ja, ik kan dit bedrijf en haar producten aanbevelen. Mrs O.”

“Die Website ist einfach zu bedienen (so wie viele andere Websites auch), jedoch bin ich einfach nur voll erstaunt von der fabelhaften Produktqualität. Die Qualität ist . Das Farbdesign und der Stil sind wirklich fantastisch (Ich würde ja ein Bild postem, wenn ich nur wüßte wie). Ich habe meie Bestellung an einem Mittwoch aufgegeben und darum gebeten, dass am Samstag geliefert wird, was prompt geschah, also auch hier ein toller Service. Alle Teile wurden geliefert (keine fehlenden Schrauben) und eigentlich brauchte ich nur den Tisch zusammenzubauenm was ziemlich einfach war. Ja, ich würde diese Firma weiterempfehlen, wie auch ihre Produkte.”

“Nous avons été ravis de l’expérience dans son ensemble, spécialement lorsqu’on les contacte par téléphone, il n’y a pas de série de machines à réponses à passer. On parle à une vraie personne qui a été très serviable et également très serviable lorsque nous avons appelé à vos locaux. Vous avez fait tout ce que vous aviez promis et nous sommes ravis des table et chaises de jardin etc qui semblent d’excellente qualité.”

“We were very pleased with the whole experience, especially that when contacting by phone, there is no series of answer machines to plough through. You get to speak to a real person who was very helpful and also very helpful when we called at your premises. You did everything that you said you would and we are delighted with the tables and chairs etc. and feel they are excellent value.”

“We waren erg tevreden met de hele ervaring, in het bijzonder dat je, wanneer je opbelt, niet eerst door een reeks antwoordmachines heen hoeft te ploegen. We kregen een echte persoon aan de lijn die erg behulpzaam was. Dezelfde persoon was ook erg behulpzaam toen we jullie bedrijf bezochten. Jullie deden alles wat jullie beloofden en we zijn heel erg blij met de tuintafel en tuinstoelen enz. en we hebben het idee dat ze hun geld meer dan waard zijn.”

“Wir sind von dem gesamten Ablauf sehr beeindruckt, vor allemdarüber, dass es keine langatmigen Warteschleifen gibt, wenn man anruft. Man landet sofort bei einer wirklichen Person, die extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit ist, jedenfalls war das bei uns so, als wir anriefen und lauter Fragen hatten. Sie haben alle Ihre Versprechen eingehalten und wir sind begeistert von den Tischen und Stühlen und dem Rest. Wir denken, wir haben echt ein hervorragendes Geschäft gemacht!”
