“Excellent service from Lazy Susan from the moment of ordering via the website to point of delivery. We ordered the Frances round table with April chairs and matching bench. “Uitstekende service van Lazy Susan Tuinmeubelen vanaf het moment van bestellen via de website tot het tijdstip van levering. We bestelden de ronde Frances tuintafel met April tuinstoelen en bijpassende tuinbank. Alles paste heel mooi bij elkaar en we zijn in de wolken met het resultaat. “Exzellenter Kundenservice von Lazy Susan, angefangen von der Bestellung über die Webseite bis zur Lieferung. Wir haben den runden Frances Tisch bestellt und dazu April Stühle und noch die passende Gartenbank. Alles passt so wunderbar zusammen und wir sind restlos begeistert von dem ergebnis. “We would have awarded this a full 5 star rating but for two issues. The delivery was appalling as the driver went to the wrong address (no prior call as promised) and when he finally arrived the first thing he said was ""Can you give me a hand to unload?"" We had notified the company that my wife on daily hospital visits and has been told not to lift heavy objects! The parasol is lovely, but too high even when at the lowest setting - be aware. Otherwise a fantastic product!”

“We hadden dit de volle 5 sterren toegekend ware het niet dat er twee kleine probleempjes waren. De levering was afschuwelijk. De chauffeur ging naar het verkeerde adres (geen telefoontje vooraf zoals beloofd) en toen hij eindelijk aankwam was het eerste wat hij zei “Kun je me helpen bij het uitladen?” We hadden het bedrijf laten weten dat mijn vrouw dagelijks naar het ziekenhuis moest en dat men haar gezegd had geen zware dingen te tillen! De parasol is echt enig, maar te hoog, zelfs op de laagste stand – wees je daarvan bewust. Afgezien daarvan is het een fantastisch product!”
