“J’étais un peu anxieuse à l’idée de commander mes table et chaises de jardin sans les voir, mais dès que ma commande a été acceptée, Lazy Susan s’est mis à l’oeuvre. J’aime l’idée d’avoir le contrôle concernant les jours de livraison, pour que cela soit pratique pour moi, et également être capable de suivre les produits. J’ai trouvé que tous mes emails avaient reçu des réponses rapides. Mes meubles de jardin ont été livrés le jour prévu dans une effroyable tempête, par un chauffeur joyeux. J’appréhendais aussi que mon mari trouve quelques défauts ou autres, mais non tout était génial. Bien emballés dans des cartons sécurisés, il n’a pas eu de mal à tout assembler (rien ne manquait et tout correspondait) et la qualité des finitions est très bonne. J’en suis absolument ravie puisqu’il a l’air mieux que sur la photo. Les chaises sont très confortables, jolies et spacieuses, mais nous n’avons pas encore été en mesure de les utiliser, ou de prendre une photo. Je suis une cliente complètement satisfaite et je n’hésiterais pas à recommander Lazy Susan à d’autres.”

“I was a little apprehensive on ordering my table and chairs without seeing them, but as soon as my order was accepted. Lazy Susan fired into action. I liked the idea I was able to have control over delivery days, to suit me, and also being able to track the items. I found all my e mails were answered promptly with any queries. My furniture was delivered on the day stated in the most appalling thunder storm, by a cheerful driver. I was also apprehensive that my husband would find some fault or other, but no everything was great. Well packed and secure boxes, he had no trouble putting it all together, (nothing missing and everything fitted), and the quality of the finish is really good. I am absolutely thrilled to bits with it as it looks better than in the picture. Chairs very comfortable, nice and roomy, well made cushions finish it off. Sadly the weather has let me down and as yet we have not been able to use it, or take a picture. I am a completely satisfied customer and I would have no problem in recommending Lazy Susan to others.”

“Ich hatte ein wenig Bedenken meinen Tisch und meine Stühle zu bestellen ohne sie vorher gesehen zu haben, aber sobald meine Bestellung erfolgt war, machte sich Lazy Susan an die Arbeit. Ich fand es gut, dass ich mit entscheiden durfte an welchen Tagen geliefert werden soll und dass ich den Fortschritt nachverfolgen konnte. Und all meine Mails wurden schneell und korrekt beantwortet. Meine Gartenmöbel wurden am vereinbarten Tag geliefert, obwohl gerade ein Wirbelsturm tobte. Der Fahrer war ein richtiger profi und sehr nett. Ich hatte erwartet, dass mein Mann beim Aufbau feststellt, dass irgendetwas nicht passt, aber es hat alles gepasst. Gute Verpackung und stabile Pakete, und mein Mann hatte keinerlei Probleme beim Aufbau (nichts hat gefehlt und alles passt zusammen) und die Qualität der Möbel ist wirklich hervorragend. Ich bin restlos begeistert vom Endergebnis, das sogar besser aufsieht als auf der Homepage dargestellt. Die Stühle sind bequem, schön und haben eine große Sitzfläche und mit den guten Sitzkissen ist es gleich nochmal so bequem. Leider ließ uns das Wetter im Stich, so dass wir die Möbel bis jetzt noh nicht nutzen konnten. Nicht mal ein Foto konnten wir bisher machen. Ich bin ein sehr zufriedener Kunde und ich habe keine Bedenken, Sie weiterzuempfehlen.”

“Nous sommes vraiment ravis de notre salon de jardin bistrot - il est de haute qualité, bon rapport qualité-prix, et juste tel que décrit sur le site web. Il y a eu une petite confusion avec la livraison mais le bureau Lazy Susan est ouvert 7 jours par semaine et j’ai pu parler à une « vraie personne » qui a rapidement résolu le problème.”
