“Zur Qualitäskontrolle des fertigen Produkts vor dem Versand. Es waren 2 Stühle dabei mit Kratzern an den Armlehnen, Gut sichtbare Kratzer, die vor dem Versand entdeckt hätten werden müssten. Ich habe dann telefonisch um ein Eimerchen Farbe gebeten, um die Stühle nicht zurückschicken zu müssen und nach wenigen Tagen kam die Farbe dann auch an. Was auch nicht passte waren die Kappen für die Befestigungsschrauben des Tisches, da die Schrauben zu kurz waren.”
