“We are pleasantly surprised with Lazy Susan's performance and the exceptional efforts to fulfill their customer's requests. After the first delivery went wrong and the wrong color of cushion was sent, customer service contacted us multiple times took all our requirements seriously. The correct cushions were sent very quickly at no extra cost to us. We can only warmly recommend Lazy Susan and the customer service with ***. After an initial annoyance we are now very happy with our Lazy Susan products, which are also very well-made and beautifully designed.”

“les produits sont de très bonne qualité. seul bémol, pour la livraison, le livreur m'a laissé la palette sur le trottoir il n'a pas voulut me la mettre dans mon jardin alors que je suis une femme seule. lors d'une autre livraison, pour une pièce de rechange que l'on m'a renvoyé, le livreur a carrément laissé le colis devant ma porte d'entrée sans me prévenir. mis à part ces problèmes de livraison, je suis très satisfaite de la prestation.”
