“Sehr gutes Produkt - robust und gut konstruiert. Lieferablauf sehr gut durchdacht und als Kunde wurde ich hinreichend über das Lieferdatum informiert (hätte aber gerne ein Lieferzeitfenster bekommen - musste mich auf den Goodwill meiner Nachbarn verlassen, da ich nicht den ganzen Tag zuhause warten konnte). Die Aufbauanleitung war nicht gut - es war ein Teil dabei, auf das in der Anleitung überhaupt nicht eingegangen wurde. Ich musste jemand bei Lazy Susan kontaktieren (***- und er war sehr hilfsbereit 5* für ***!) um herauszufinden, was es war und wo es hingehörte.”

“Delivery on the agreed date. Perfect. Problem when assembling the table : the thread of the table top to fix the legs is not deep enough OR the screw is too long to let us adjust the plastic covers. Was obliged to shorten the screws in order to put the covers”

“Tous les domaines ont été excellents. Produit et service client fantastiques. J’ai appelé concernant les dates de livraison et Kate a été en mesure de m’aider à organiser cela pour moi. La seule chose que je relèverais est que la livraison nécessite normalement 4 jours pour l’Ecosse, il serait utile de le mentionner sur le site… Contrairement aux croyances communes, pas toute l’Écosse ne se situe dans les montagnes écossaises ! Les meubles de jardin sont merveilleux cependant et très faciles à monter. J’adore !”

“De la réponse rapide à ma requête par email le samedi matin à la livraison des produits le mardi après-midi, le service a été excellent. Je continuerais également par dire que les table et chaises de jardin que nous avons achetées vont avec le service client s’agissant de la qualité. Je recommanderais votre société à des amis et des parents sans hésitations.”
