“Right from the prompt response to my emailed query on Saturday morning to delivery of the goods on Tuesday afternoon the service has been excellent. “The speed of delivery was excellent, there was a part missing from the order and within 24 hours of my email, I had received a call and confirmation that the replacement item would be dispatched and it arrived the next day. In my view, customer service as good as this is rare, though much appreciated. My table and chairs are exactly what I hoped for and I have had loads of compliments already. Great company!”

“The only problem was the delivery. I had arranged for the goods to be left with neighbour. Having been given time for delivery the neighbour checked outside when this time had passed. The goods had been left in the middle of our open porch in full view of the street. As I had been told the delivery would need to be signed for I feel this was very irresponsible.”
