“Purchased bistro set for 2. Main difficulty was in choosing from wide variety! Excellent service. Some of the best assembly instructions we've ever seen, easy to follow. Had a minor problem with the clip-on nut covers (bolt too long) - all of which was solved as soon as I phoned. So excellent customer support. I'll hope to order again from this company - perhaps a bench next time.”

“Habe das Zweisitzer Bistro Set gekauft. Die Hauptschwierigkeit bestand darin, aus den vielen tollen Produkten eine Auswahl treffen zu müssen, weil man ja nicht alles kaufen kann. Die Aufbauanleitung gehört zu den besten, die wir jemals gesehen haben, klar und übersichtlich, einfach nachvollziehbar. Hatte ein kleines Problem mit den aufsteckbaren Mutterabdeckungen (Schraube zu lang) - aber das alles hat sich schnell geregelt, als ich dort angerufen habe. Welch exzellenter Kundensupport. Ich hoffe, bald wieder bei dieser Firma bestellen zu können - vielleich bestelle ich nächstes Mal die schöne Gartenbank.”
