“Good customer service, as I wanted to discuss something over the phone. The table and chairs are good quality. I have since ordered cushions too. Delivery was as stated and within a time frame. I was also contacted by phone when the delivery men were on their way...which was helpful.”

“I went with lazy susan furniture after admiring my friends garden furniture, I observed that it didn't rust after being left out. I decided to invest in a set, the 3 year guarantee was also encouraging. When I received my items there were a few issues and I was a little disappointed. However I was very impressed with how the customer service team dealt with me. They sent out suitable replacements straight away and were very respectful. I would recommend this company to everyone.”

“Quick turnaround from ordering to delivery - 3 days. Very well packed and once assembled, just as described on the website. Easy to assemble, however the one comment I could make would be the supplied tools were not exactly up to the job but would be sufficient if you didn't have your own spanner and screwdriver to fit.”
