“I had ordered & paid for a Touch-Up paint kit only to discover it was free (including P&P) as under warranty. Refund was immediate. Absolutely fantastic. Exactly the way a World Class company should look after its customers. Really well done and thank you so much”

“This is the third time we've purchased from Lazy Susan so I think it goes without saying that we have been very pleased with the quality of the furniture. Prompt delivery and excellent customer service. When emailing with a query, I have always received a personal reply from one of the sales staff and was very pleased recently to receive my touch up paint which has magically restored a small chip on one of the tables. Would recommend to others.”

“Gartenmöbel entspricht dem Foto und der Beschreibung. Er ist sehr schön. Wir empfehlen diese Seite wegen der schnellen Lieferung, des Kundendienstes und der Reaktionsfähigkeit. Es gab einen kleinen Farbfehler an einem Stuhl und man hat uns einen kleinen Topf mit Farbe geschickt. Der einzige Nachteil ist der Lagerplatz, den die Stühle benötigen, da sie sich nicht stapeln lassen.”

“Very good customer support. After 4 years, of standing outside all year, my table and chairs had a couple of small areas of peeling coating. Lazy Susan immediately offered to send a touch-up set of 2 special paints, which they sent out foc. Shame about the peeling coating (they are sold as chairs to leave outside all year), but good back-up service.”
