“Einfache Bestellung. Ausgezeichnetes Produkt. Leider entstand beim Transport ein kleiner Schaden. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Verkäufer (wir wollten den Artikel nicht zurückschicken), haben sie uns sofort etwas Ausbesserungsfarbe geschickt. Würde diese Firma/Produkte sehr empfehlen.”

“Ich fand es schwierig, mich auf Ihrer Website zurechtzufinden. Ich habe nach Informationen gesucht, wie man Chips ausbessert, und alles, was ich finden konnte, war Ihr Werbetext zu Ihren verschiedenen Gartenmöbel-Sets. Ich konnte keine FAQ-Seite zum Thema Instandhaltung finden. Letztendlich habe ich in der Google-Taskleiste eine allgemeine Frage gestellt, und Ihre Informationen tauchten auf! Das Gleiche gilt für die Frage, wie man die Metallteile nach der Reinigung pflegt. Ein Satz - mit Mineral- oder Babyöl pflegen. Wir haben unsere Möbel ungefähr im Jahr 2011 gekauft und sie sind immer noch in einem tollen Zustand. Ich liebe sie. Meine Freunde auch.”

“J'ai trouvé votre site web compliqué. Je cherchais comment réparer les écailles sur la peinture et tout ce que j'ai pu trouver c'était votre argumentaire de vente à propos des divers salons de jardin que vous vendez. Je n'ai pas trouvé de FAQ à propos de l'entretien. Finalement je suis allée sur Google et j'ai tapé une question générale et votre information est arrivée! Pareil pour comment traiter le métal après l'avoir nettoyé. Une phrase - traiter avec de l'huile minérale ou de l'huile pour bébé. Nous avons acheté notre mobilier en 2011 et il est toujours en excellent état. Je l'adore et mes amis aussi.”

“Facile à commander. Produits excellents. Malheureusement un des produits a été un peu abîmé pendant le voyage. Une fois que nous avons contacté le vendeur (nous ne voulions pas renvoyer l'article), ils ont immédiatement envoyé un petit pot de peinture de retouches. Je recommande vivement votre entreprise et vos produits.”
