“Der Bestellvorgang war unkompliziert, die Lieferung kam schnell, der Fahrer war hilfsbereit. Das Produkt war gut verpackt. Montageanleitung klar, Qualität wie erwartet - sogar etwas besser, Zusammenbau einfach, alle Teile wurden mit einem guten visuellen Kontrollsystem geliefert, um sicherzustellen, dass nichts fehlt. Alles in allem - was kann man daran nicht mögen? Das mitgelieferte Werkzeug hätte auch gereicht, aber ich habe meinen eigenen Werkzeugsatz benutzt. Vielleicht wäre es eine Geschäftsmöglichkeit, bei der Bestellung einen Satz von besseren Werkzeugen für die Montage anzubieten - manche Kunden könnten das hilfreich finden.”

“We had a little glitch, whereby the 6 chairs arrived but the table went "missing in transit"- I spoke to a very helpful young lady called Charlotte, who chased up a replacement (and kept us informed of progress), which arrived today. I have to say, my wife & I are delighted with the looks/quality of the product. If you, like us, are bored with the endless stream of Rattan-style garden furniture , we can highly recommend Lazy Susan Ltd's high-end aluminium table & chairs.”

“Ordering process straightforward, delivery prompt, delivery driver helpful. Product well packed. Instructions for assembly clear, quality as expected - actually slightly better, assembly easy all parts supplied with good productiin visual control system to ensure nothing was missing. Altogether - what is not to like? Tools supplied would have been adequate, but I used my own socket set. Maybe a business opportunity to offer a set of better assembly tools at time of order - some customers might find that helpful.”

“Die bestellten und erhaltenen Produkte waren von sehr guter Qualität, die Verpackung und damit der Schutz der Artikel ausgezeichnet. Der Kontakt mit Lazy Susan wegen eines Lieferproblems war sehr höflich und effizient bei der Lösung des besagten Problems. Ich bin im Großen und Ganzen mit meinem Kauf zufrieden. Allerdings muss ich ein Problem mit den Plastikstöpseln der Stühle (die großen, nicht die kleinen) anmerken, die nicht für die Muttern geeignet sind, da sie zu groß sind und daher schnell auf den Boden fallen, um sie zu halten, muss man sie von innen mit einem Stück Additiv festklemmen... Was den Tisch betrifft, so halten die Plastikstöpsel zwar gut, aber einige können wegen der zu langen Gewindestange nicht vollständig befestigt werden. Ich denke, dass dieses Thema, das anekdotisch erscheinen mag, dennoch in der Fertigung erneut untersucht werden sollte.”
