“Ordering process straightforward, delivery prompt, delivery driver helpful. Product well packed. Instructions for assembly clear, quality as expected - actually slightly better, assembly easy all parts supplied with good productiin visual control system to ensure nothing was missing. Altogether - what is not to like? Tools supplied would have been adequate, but I used my own socket set. Maybe a business opportunity to offer a set of better assembly tools at time of order - some customers might find that helpful.”

“Produits commandés et reçus de très bonne qualité, emballage et donc protection des articles excellent. Le contact avec Lazy Susan, à la suite d'un problème de livraison, fut très courtois et efficace dans le solutionnement du dit problème. Je suis globalement satisfait de mon achat. Toutefois je me dois de noter ûn problème rencontré avec les bouchons plastique " cache ecrou" des chaises ( ceux de grande taille ,pas les petits ) qui sont inadaptés aux écrous car trop grands et par conséquent tombent rapidement au sol, pour les faire tenir il est nécessaire de les coincer de l'intérieur avec un morceau d' addesif. ..Quant à la table ,si là les bouchons plastique tiennent bien certains ne peuvent être fixés complètement à cause de la tige filetée trop longue. Je pense que ce sujet qui peut paraître anecdotique devrait être quand même réexaminé en fabrication.”
