“Phoned the company and we were told that some of the furniture was displayed at a garden centre. Went to see it and talked to two of the staff who were very helpful. Ordered what we wanted. Furniture came quickly with great communication from delivery company. Easy to assemble just takes time. Later on I ordered seat pads. What a beautiful set of furniture”

“Really pleased with this beautiful good quality garden furniture. Accurate description and pictures. Timely delivery with great communication on timings and reassurance that small vehicle would deliver as we live up a lane. Helpful and polite delivery men too.”

“Very helpful lady when I phoned to say I’d changed my mind about the size of table I wanted. Obviously the change didn’t filter down to the warehouse as I received both my original order & the altered one, but the extra set was collected quickly & efficiently after speaking to another very helpful member of staff.”

“The tables and chairs are good and easy to put together. Two small problem regarding the manufacture powder coat finish. Customer Service sent touch up paint, happy with that. Screw caps under the chairs and tables (are not seen) are not a good fit though will stop anybody rubbing against the screws. No parts missing. I would recommend them.”
