“Fantastic service from a great company with a personal touch. I had a query very shortly after placing my order, which was easily resolved (thank you for your understanding and generosity). It took us a few weeks to get around to start putting the furniture together. Unfortunately, one of the cushioned 'feet' in the parasol base was broken, but this was quickly remedied after a phone call to the office - first class service and delivery of the replacement part. The price paid for the patio set and parasol was fair, given the quality. We're really pleased overall with the product and the exceptional service.”

“Ich habe diese Firma zufällig entdeckt, als ich im Internet nach einem Gartentisch mit Stühlen suchte, die lange halten würden. Nachdem ich die guten Bewertungen gelesen hatte, bestellte ich im Juni einen ovalen Tisch mit 6 Stühlen aus grauem Aluguss. Ich hätte 10 Tage gewartet und hätte einen zusätzlichen Rabatt bekommen. Das ist schade! Aber die Spedition hat meine Pakete in den Garten meiner Nachbarn geliefert, wie ich es ihnen gesagt hatte, und da niemand da war, um meine Pakete in Empfang zu nehmen, haben sie mir die Fotos geschickt. Danach muss man alles zusammenbauen. Die Erklärungen zum Zusammenbau sind klar und einfach zu bewerkstelligen. Man muss nur ein bisschen Geduld haben. Das Ergebnis ist wunderschön und die Sessel sind bequem. Ich hoffe, dass dieses Set lange halten wird. Es sieht ein bisschen leicht aus, aber das liegt am Material, das so ist. Auf jeden Fall ist alles stabil und der Tisch und die Sessel haben Puffer, die man verstellen kann.”
