“We bought the Catherine 6 seater table with chairs, benches and side tables, and are extremely happy with all the furniture. Although a 6 seater, we can easily fit 8 people around the table using the two benches and four chairs. We received excellent advice on the products over the phone, and then were welcomed at the warehouse to see and choose the products. At all times, the staff were extremely helpful and a minor problem was resolved very quickly. The furniture range available at Lazy Susan was by far the best range I'd found anywhere and the quality seems very high. The company is impressive - it's so rare to find a company which seems to get everything right (products, price, service), so I would certainly recommend Lazy Susan to others. Louise Ford”

That is an exemplary service, so our thanks for being a Company that we would happily recommend, not just for the prices (which are enough in themselves to warrant an excellent review) but also for your PRE purchase attention to our enquiry. It was that attention to us that made us feel that our order mattered and that you were providing an excellent product at a value for money price. The offer to visit the showroom was the final nice touch, as seeing for ourselves gave us a better understanding that pictures on the PC screen cannot do enough justice to. “Ik wil graag laten weten dat het leven zoveel gemakkelijker zou zijn als zaken doen met alle andere bedrijven hetzelfde was dan zaken doen met jullie bedrijf. “We have just taken delivery of the Catherine table and 6 chair set and am writing to say how pleased we are with our purchase, this is a top quality product, easily better than the more expensive equivalent on sale at our local garden centre. I must mention the excellent customer care from Lazy Susan, brilliant communication from the time I placed the order and on the day of delivery when I had to leave before the courier arrived they were able to contact the company so I was still able to get my goods. This sounds like a very gushing endorsement, but as one who never bothers to leave feedback, I feel this company deserve the praise I am giving them. Thank you.”

“We ordered from Lazy Susan having luckily come across the site from a chance mention in an eBay advert and were very pleased with the range, apparent quality and the price. The website is impressively clear too. Ordering was excellent, with Andrew answering our questions, the seat heights and stock situation, over the phone, and taking the order and payment there and then. We were promised a delivery on Friday at the end of that same week, but the carriers rather let LS down in their handling of the shipment. It finally arrived late the following Monday. When unpacked, the products were excellent. The seats are nice and comfortable (with or without cushions) and very rigid (no more of that plasticy wobble of resin furniture) and all looks lovely. Finally the bistro set thrown in the package late summer, is a delight. 2 extra chairs for the main table if necessary, and while we though we wouldn”

“Nous avons commandé chez Lazy Susan après être tombé par hasard sur une pub sur eBay. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la large gamme de produit, leur qualité apparente et leur prix. Le site web est extrêmement clair. La commande s'est faite sans problème et Andrew a répondu à toutes nos questions sur la hauteur des chaises et sur la disponibilité des stocks et a pris notre commande et notre paiement immédiatement par téléphone. On nous avait promis une livraison le vendredi de la même semaine mais la compagnie de livraison a fait faux bond à LS. La commande est finalement arrivée le lundi suivant. Nous avons déballé les produits qui étaient en parfait état. Les fauteuils sont beaux et confortables (avec ou sans coussins) et très rigide (fini les meubles mous en résine plastique). L'ensemble bistro que nous avons ajouté à la fin de l'été est un régal. 2 chaises supplémentaires pour la table principale si nécessaire, et même si nous pensions ne pas beaucoup l'utiliser, elle a servi comme table à vin et a trouvé sa place plus loin dans le jardin. Nous sommes globalement très satisfaits; 9/10!”

“We belanden gelukkigerwijs, via een toevallige referentie in een eBay advertentie, op de Lazy Susan Tuinmeubelen website. We waren erg te spreken over het assortiment, de evidente kwaliteit en de prijs en hebben meteen besteld. We zijn ook onder de indruk van de duidelijkheid van de website. Plaatsen van de bestelling over de telefoon was voorbeeldig. Andrew gaf antwoord op al onze vragen, over de hoogte van de stoelen en de toestand van de voorraad, en nam de bestelling en de betaling meteen aan. De levering was volgens afspraak voorzien voor vrijdag dezelfde week, maar Lazy Susan Tuinmeubelen werd door de transportonderneming in de steek gelaten. Uiteindelijk kwamen ze de volgende maandag aan het eind van de dag aan. Eenmaal uitgepakt waren de producten uitstekend. De tuinstoelen zijn erg mooi en comfortabel (met en zonder tuinkussens) en erg star (geen kunststofachtig gewiebel van harsen tuinmeubelen meer) en het ziet er allemaal enig uit. Tenslotte is de bistro tuinset, die in de late zomer aan het pakket werd toegevoegd, een absoluut plezier. 2 extra stoelen voor bij de grote tafel indien nodig. Hoewel we dachten dat we het niet vaak zouden gebruiken, doet het dienst als wijntafel en het ziet er beeldig uit een stukje verder in de tuin. In het algemeen, heel erg tevreden. Een 9 op 10!”
