“The furniture was easy to view on the website and ordering what we wanted was easy. We got a call on delivery day to let us know what time they would be with us, which I thought was very good service. The table and chairs were easy to assemble and look exactly like the pictures on the website. They are sturdy but beautifully made. We're delighted we chose your company.”

“J'aimerais beaucoup recommander Lazy Susan pour l'excellent service qu'ils fournissent. Vous avez répondu à toutes mes questions compliquées et vous avez su m'aider en tout point avant et après la commande. Après avoir passé la commande, la table de jardin Catherine, les 6 chaises de jardin avec coussins ont été livrés rapidement le jour demandé. L'assemblage a été simple, mais nous avons eu un petit souci avec deux des écrous et boulons. Vous nous avez immédiatement fourni les pièces de remplacement. Nous sommes absolument ravis de notre achat et nous estimons avoir obtenu un ensemble d'un vraiment bon rapport qualité-prix. Une excellente alternative à nos anciens meubles de jardin en bois. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gamme de tailles pour vos tables de jardin - nous avons pu choisir la taille idéale pour l'espace prévu dans notre jardin.”

“Ik wil Lazy Susan Tuinmeubelen heel graag loven voor de uitstekende service die jullie leverden. Jullie beantwoorden al onze moeilijke vragen en jullie waren op alle gebieden heel erg behulpzaam zowel voor als na de koop. Na het plaatsen van onze bestelling, werden de Catherine tuintafel en 6 tuinstoelen met tuinkussens heel snel en op de afgesproken dag afgeleverd. Montage was simpel, maar we hadden een klein probleem met twee moeren en bouten. Jullie hebben onmiddellijk vervangingen opgestuurd. We zijn heel erg blij met onze aankoop en volgens ons is het gehele pakket zijn geld meer dan waard. Het is een uitstekende vervanging voor onze oude houten tuinmeubelen. Wat eruit sprong was het aanbod van verschillende tafel groottes. Daardoor waren we in staat diegene te kiezen die het beste in de daartoe bestemde ruimte in onze tuin paste.”

Very much looking forward to some good weather so we can make the most of it, but it has made a real difference to the garden just to look at. Also - fantastic customer service. Very very helpful on the phone on my initial, very tentative, enquiry. Speedy turnaround of the order. The only negative aspect was the 'pallet' delivery (for a Saturday delivery), although probably my mistake, as I hadn't entirely understood what this meant. The delivery driver dropped the furniture in boxes on the pavement outside our house, wooden pallet and all - apparently with the pallet system they don't make any effort to bring it to your front door or into the house. After much persuasion he did help with one bit, but I had to leave the rest on the street until my husband got home much later. I would recommend using the Lazy Susan delivery team if you're not in a rush to get your product.”

“I would very much like to commend Lazy Susan for the excellent service you provided. You answered all of our difficult questions and were really helpful in every way before and after the sale. Following the placing of our order, the Catherine table and six chairs and cushions were delivered promptly on the day requested. Assembly was simple, but we did have a small problem with two of the nuts and bolts. You supplied replacements instantly. We are delighted with our purchase and consider we have obtained a real "value-for-money" package. It is an excellent replacement for our old wooden furniture. What was great was the range of sizes of your tables - we were able to choose the one that ideally fitted the space we had designated in our garden.”

“Notre visite à l'entrepôt a été très utile et le personnel a pris le temps de bien discuter de nos besoins et de nous montrer les différentes tables et chaises de jardin. La livraison a été ponctuelle et, au global, la transaction s'est très bien passée. Le mobilier de jardin était, de plus, très bien emballé pour le protéger de tout dommage. Au moment de l'assemblage nous avons constaté qu'il manquait quelques petits éléments (patins en caoutchouc et cache-vis), mais après un petit email ceux-ci ont été expédiés immédiatement et sont arrivés le lendemain. En tout, nous estimons que le service a été excellent tout au long du process depuis la visite, sur la commande et la livraison, et jusqu'à l'après-vente. Les meubles de jardin sont faciles à monter (moins d'une heure). Ils sont bien faits, solides et de poids suffisant pour que l'on se sente en sécurité quand on les utilise, pas comme d'autres meubles de jardin en métal (même certains qui ont plus chers). La table de jardin 6 places que nous avons choisie peut facilement accueillir 8 personnes et nous en avons bien profité, surtout qu'elle semble parfaite pour supporter notre météo estivale un peu capricieuse. Je pense qu'elle survivra à plusieurs hivers aussi, sans trop d'entretien. En termes de rapport qualité-prix, nous n'avons rien trouvé qui s'approche du bas prix proposé par Lazy Susan (que ce soit localement ou dans des grandes boutiques en ligne). Au global, un excellent produit, exactement ce que nous cherchions, et à un bon prix.”
