“Order process was not entirely clear as far as inclusion of the gift. Only when one proceeds to commit to pay does the gift appear on the order list. This caused me to hesitate to place an order. Call centre agent (before 9am) was friendly but not able to clarify regarding the gift. Thereafter all telephone calls I made were directly to the company (***) and assistance was clear and informative. 1 missing table leg and 1 faulty part were delivered the next day as promised. Thank you for excellent service. I will have no hesitation in recommending your company and products.”

“Sehr freundliche Servicemitarbeiterin am Telefon. Hätte gern noch einen Tisch laut Sonderangebot gekauft, ging aber leider von Firmenseite nicht. Ware ist noch nicht eingetroffen wegen Teilliefering,kein Problem. Danke”

“Sehr netter zuvorkommender Anbieter! Lediglich der Lieferant war sehr maessig. Musste wiederholt anrufen bis ich einen Liefertermin bekam und dann war dieser noch spaeter wie der zugesagte Termin. Dazu wollte man mir erst auch noch 15Euro fuer eine Palette berechnen, die ich gar nicht bekommen hatte, alerdings war der Packer so nett mir zu sagen, dass es sich bei der Palette nicht um eine Europalette sondern eine Einwegpalette handelte. Alles sehr komisch, da ich ja sowieso eine kostenlose Lieferung bekommen sollte. 1 Punkt Abzug wegen des schlechten Zulieferers.”

“Excellent! We are delighted with our Catherine 8 seater set with April chairs and the Ivy bistro set (that enables us, if need be, to seat 8 people with an extra table on the side). Design is very classy, manufacture is very good quality, all the products were carefully packaged and delivery was on time. Assembly instructions are detailed and easy to understand, and the screws, nuts and bolts were enclosed in good quantity. The sales team answered our questions quickly with good advice and nothing was wrong. Elegant, confortable and easy to maintain, the furniture has already been much admired by my friends... Thank you very much to all the Lazy Susan team.”

“Nous avons acheté une table de jardin 6 personnes Catherine et 6 tables de jardin Emma. Quelqu’un m’a téléphoné pour fixer la date de livraison. Nous avions un rendez-vous l’après-midi le jour concerné et Lazy Susan a dit qu’ils essayeraient d’obtenir une livraison plus tôt pour nous. Notre achat est arrivé à 8h15 à la date convenue. Les table et chaises de jardin étaient extrêmement bien emballées. Chaque objet était emballé séparément. Le tout s’est assez facilement assemblé une fois que l’on a compris et nous sommes sans aucun doute ravis des produits. Pas d’hésitation quant à recommander.”

“We purchased a Catherine 6 seater table and 6 Emma Chairs. Someone rang me up to arrange for a delivery date. We had an afternoon appointment on the day in question and Lazysusan Furniture said they would try to get an early delivery for us. Our purchase arrived at 8.15am on the date agreed. The table and chairs were extremely well packaged. each item being wrapped separately. The whole thing went together fairly easily once we had worked it out and we are certainly pleased with the product. No hesitation recommending.”
