“Je suis finalement très satisfaite de ma commande malgré quelques petits désagréments : lenteur d'envoi du colis, découverte d'un fauteuil endommagé à la réception. Le service après vente a été efficace. Les interlocuteurs de *** ont été aimables et compétents. J'espère que mes meubles de jardin résisteront de longues années sans problèmes. Je les aime beaucoup.”

“Ware ausgesucht, bezahlt und innerhalb von vier Tagen stand die Sendung, wie abgesprochen, im Carport. Toll. Besonders aufmerksam finde ich, dass für die Montage nicht nur abgezählte Schrauben usw. vorhanden sind, sondern auch Ersatz. Eine so unkomplizierte Abwicklung bei größeren, mehrteiligen Dingen habe ich bisher noch nicht erlebt. Ich kann den Anbieter weiterempfehlen.”

“Nous avons mis quatre étoiles, la cinquième était presque accordée du fait que pendant le transport deux petites esclaffes se sont avérées l'un sur le pied de table et l'autre sur un fauteuil malgré l'emballage bullé. La livraison de la commande a été faite dans un délai très rapide, BRAVO. Ravis de notre acquisition.”

“Not sure about improvements. Web site info was informative and clear and good for making out choice of furniture. We phoned in the order and it was handled pleasantly and efficiently. The deliver system worked very well and we were kept fully informed right through to the delivery. Furniture was well packed and quite straightforward to assemble. The finished product looks terrific on the patio at our new Victorian house. Just hoping for a long hot summer.”
