“There was a slight problem with one of the arms which Lazy Susan dealt with immediately - excellent service. Very comfortable chair even without the cushions.”

“Excellent quality as I have come to expect from this company . Easy to put together and the packaging and fast delivery ( even to the Isle of Wight) is second to none . Love the red ribbon attachment to the nuts and bolts - no chance of losing them”

“Very awkward to assemble. Heads of the countersunk bolts fixing the arms to the back do not not sit flush. One bolt was cross threaded on receipt and nut would not go on - had to be replaced.”
