“Ich habe den Tisch Alice mit 4 Stühlen in Bronze bestellt. LS hat sich einen Tag nach der Lieferung gemeldet und mir mitgeteilt, dass sie aus Versehen graue Stühle geschickt hatten. LS hat eine Abholung und Lieferung der richtigen Stühle für den nächsten Tag organisiert, aber die Spedition hat sie im Stich gelassen. LS hat mich für meine Unannehmlichkeiten mit einem kostenlosen Geschenk entschädigt. Herzlichen Dank. Mittlerweile habe ich alle Teile aufgebaut und ich bin mit der Qualität und dem Aussehen des Sets sehr zufrieden. Ich kann LS nicht genug für ihre Anstrengungen loben, mein ursprüngliches Problem aus der Welt zu schaffen. Diese Firma hat hilfsbereite und hart arbeitende Kollegen und hochwertige Produkte.
