“I ordered a table and four chairs which I found easy to assemble, clear instructions. Also ordered a parasol and cushions. Very pleased with my purchase and delivery service was excellent too. I had a problem with the parasol and this was replaced. I was very impressed with Lazy Susan”

“I purchased a table and chairs from Lazy Susan Ltd in May 2022 and I was very happy with purchase. 12 months later chairs coating was coming off, table was still perfect. I contacted customer services and sent photographs. Very quick response received, and in less than a week I received two new chairs. Customer service was exceptional, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Lazy Susan Ltd.”

“We ordered a table and 4 chairs in Oct 2021. The table was great but the paint started to come off the chairs. We discussed this with Lazy Susan and they replaced the chairs immediately. It was probably a fault in a particular batch and our environment near the sea put a major stress on them but the fact that the table remains in perfect condition suggests that the materials are normally excellent. I have docked 1 star for the bad batch but would give them 5 stars for their service.”
