“We actually claimed on your guarantee as the seats of our otherwise perfect chairs suffered from flaking paint. You dealt with this immediately and efficiently by sending replacement chairs. No hassle no fuss. DHL your delivery company failed initially but eventually both you and they managed to find us. ( The house is 150 years old so had a few deliveries) It would help you and customers if mobile phone numbers went to the delivery company and they used them if in difficulty. Very pleased with our new chairs.”
