“Have just ordered my bistro set for when i move to my new house in a few weeks time.The service was great with delvery the next day I ordered the chairs with arms but did not realize they cost a little extra so my order had to be altered.however this was not a problem. The service was excellent and I would definately recommend ***”

“Contact : correct, rapide, très bonnes explications par rapport aux questions posées, courtois, voulant tout faire pour satisfaire le client. Commande, paiement : correct, parfait. Livraison : prévenue par email, suivi du colis, reçu confirmation du jour et de +/- l’heure de livraison. Emballage : parfait, tout très bien protégé. Montage : parfait, très bien expliqué. Qualité/couleur : pas déçue, très bien. Vue de l’ensemble monté : parfait, exactement comme sur les photos du site. Nous recommandons sans hésitation!!!”

“Good quality chair which matches the picture very well. This was important as the chair was chosen to closely resemble an existing chair which came from a different supplier and was damaged in the recent bad weather. Delivery was good arriving when notified. Assembly was reasonably straight forward. Good product.”

“Excellent, helpful staff. Excellent, sturdy products, attractive, long lasting. And when we chipped our table we were sent touch up paint - first class customer service. I would definitely recommend this firm, and would particularly praise the staff, who have all the people skills (and more) to relate to customers.”

“Uitstekend, behulpzaam personeel. Uitstekende, stevige producten, aantrekkelijk en duurzaam. Toen we onze tuintafel beschadigd hadden werd er aanstipverf opgestuurd – eersteklas klantenservice. Ik kan dit bedrijf zeer zeker aanbevelen en in het bijzonder wil ik *** loven, die alle sociale eigenschappen (en meer) heeft om een band met klanten te creëren.”

“Le processus de commande était facile et quand j'ai reçu un email m'informant de la date de livraison, j'ai répondu tout de suite pour demander une autre date, c'était un jour férié, et j'ai reçu une réponse immédiate avec une nouvelle date. Le transporteur a communiqué correctement et la livraison est arrivée en temps requis. Nous sommes très contents de notre achat et le service client que nous avons reçu était exemplaire.”

“Excellent produit comme d’habitude. Assemblé facilement. Il rend très bien avec les table et chaises de jardin que nous avons acheté l’année dernière. Commander est facile, date de livraison modifiée sans problème. Arrivé dans l’heure indiquée.”
