“Ich hatte früher schon Gartenmöbel von Lazy Susan bestellt und weiss daher, dass sie von guter Qualität sind. Kürzlich habe ich eine zusätzliche Gartenbank bestellt und auch hier bin ich sehr angetan. Solide, wertig, einfach zusammenzubauen und, was wichtig für mich ist, es ist keine weitere Pflege nötig!! Die Ware wurde prompt geliefert und die Kommunikation war hervorragend, auch was das Lieferdatum anbelangt.”

“Meine erste Bestellung bei Lazy Susan, sehr beeindruckt mit der Kommunikation und der schnellen Lieferung, die ich an einem Samstag zugestellt haben wollte. Die Gartenbank war einfach aufzubauen und ist von guter Qualität, und sie schaut einfach toll aus in meinem Garten. Das einzi Negative war, dass ein Kissen etwas aus dem paket herausgeschaut hat und beim transport dadurch ziemlich ramponiert wurde, aber ein kurzer Anruf beim Kundenservice reichte aus und schon ging eine Ersatzlieferung raus und zwar mit Lieferung zum Wunschzeitpunkt. Mein Tipp für Lazy Susan: Sitzkissen in Zukunft so verpacken, dass sie nicht beim Transport beschädigt werden können.”

“Our new April bench and cushion were delivered on the day we requested. It was good that we could track the delivery online so that we knew what time (1 hour time slot) it would arrive. The bench was relatively easy to put up - just a couple of the bolt threads were a bit difficult. Would recommend both the bench and Lazy Susan to others.”
