“Advertising an assembly time of 15 minutes is disingenuous. I purchased 3 items and each took at least one hour to assemble properly.”

“Wir erhielten einen sehr prompten Service, die Gartenbank wurde ein paar Tage nach der Bestellung geliefert. Wir nahmen an, dass wir einen Anruf erhalten würden, um uns zu informieren, wann der Artikel geliefert werden würde, aber wir erhielten eine E-Mail. Leider schaue ich nicht jeden Tag in meine E-Mails und habe daher das erwartete Lieferdatum verpasst. Da wir nicht zu Hause waren, wurde der Artikel bei einem Nachbarn abgegeben. Die Gartenbank war ein Geschenk und wir haben die Gartenbank noch nicht gesehen, da wir sie, noch in der Verpackung, zu unserem Sohn gebracht haben. Übrigens war sie sehr gut verpackt. Mein Sohn und seine Frau sind überglücklich. Sie sagten, sie sei wunderschön und in perfektem Zustand. Wir werden Ihre Website wieder besuchen. Ich danke Ihnen sehr.”

“Ordered online at 12.30 in the afternoon and bench and table arrived the following morning. As so many have already said - an excellent service indeed. We are so pleased with the products!!! Very stylish and easy to put together. Looks absolutely fantastic and we will definitely recommend your site to any of our friends considering purchasing garden furniture. “I just wanted to let you know we are delighted with the White April Double garden bench we ordered last week. It arrived when you said it would, within the timeslot predicted. The quality of the product is excellent, and it pieced together as planned, and furthermore it looks good. We had previously ordered another white bench from another mail oredr company, and the quality of that was appalling to the extent that it would not assemble. It was priced fractionally below your product, and the difference is chalk and cheese. We will have no hesitation in recommending your Company to others. Well done.”
