“The ordering procedure was easy and when I received the email updating me on delivery date. I emailed on a bank holiday to change days and received an immediate email response with a new date. The courier communicated effectively and the delivery arrived at he time specified. We are very happy with the purchase and the customer service we received was exemplary”

“De bestelprocedure was eenvoudig en toen ik op een bank holiday een e-mail kreeg met de verwachte leverdatum e-mailde ik om de dag te wijzigen en ik kreeg onmiddellijk een antwoord met een nieuwe datum. De bezorger communiceerde daadwerkelijk wanneer nodig en de levering kwam op de aangegeven tijd aan. We zijn heel gelukkig met de aankoop en de klantenservice die we ontvingen was voorbeeldig.”

“Une très bonne expérience client. Difficile de suggérer une piste d'amélioration car il n'y en a pas besoin. Très satisfait du processus de commande et du support client. Je vous recommanderai autour de moi. Nos derniers meubles de jardin Lazy Susan sont placés au meilleur endroit et des douzaines de résidents passent devant tous les jours.”

“I would suggest that you seem to have it right. This is the third bench I have received, each different pattern. This was the only one with no guidance on erection however since they are simple to erect it was hardly a problem. Delivery was exactly as projected and packing in good order.”

“Je dois dire qu'il me semble que vous maîtrisez votre affaire. C'est le troisième banc que je reçois, à chaque fois un design différent. C'est le premier qui n'a pas d'instruction de montage mais comme ils sont simples à monter ce n'a pas été un problème. La livraison a eu lieu exactement comme prévu et l'emballage était comme il se doit.”
