“Helpful lady in customer service. Delivery slot excellent idea and delivered on time so didn't have to wait in all day.The bench very good but a little bulky and difficult to put together by one lady person. Very pleased with it and looking forward to using it when the weather warmer.”

“stabile Bank, angenehmes Gewicht, leichter Zusammenbau. Ich hoffe, dass, wie versprochen, die Bank rostfrei bleibt, auch die Schrauben, Muttern und Unterlegscheiben. Die weiße Lackierung hätte sauberer sein können. Lieferung erfolgte in kürzester Zeit.”

“Excellent service and delivery, with good notification of delivery day and time. The product (April bench) was not difficult to assemble, but I found it was too difficult for me to do on my own - four hands were needed to hold the heavy pieces in place when fixing the nuts etc. Also there were not enough white plastic caps included to cover all the nuts, but this is not important as they are not visible. Now that the bench is assembled, it looks good.”
