“The bench we bought is great, it's very sturdy, well designed, went together in moments and it looks delightful in the garden, both close to and the long view, it closes a vista in our garden. Being aluminium it won't rust and should it require repainting in the future it should be straightforward with no patches of rust to rub off. So I highly recommend both the company and the bench.”

“Sometimes you learn more about a company by the way they handle problems than when things go smoothly. In this case there were a couple of issues with a bench, which were handled quickly and to my complete satisfaction. Very good.”

“Lors de notre commande, il y a malheureusment eu des problèmes au niveau des stocks qui ont été réglès au bout de quelques coups de fil. Nous avons par ailleurs reçu aucun suivi de colis pour l'Allemagne. Le banc n'a pas pu être livré sans ma précense et nous avons du organiser un rdv avec le transporteur. Le banc est cependant très beau, fidèle à la description du site et est très joli.”

“Leider gab es dieses Mal beim Warenausgang einige Verzögerungen, die jedoch nach mehreren Telefonaten behoben wurden. Es gab auch keine Sendungsverfolgung in Deutschland. Trotzdem konnte das Paket ohne meine Anwesenheit erfolgreich zugestellt werden, da ich telefonisch einen Ablageort vereinbaren konnte. Qualität und Optik der Bank selbst sind genau wie beschrieben und gefallen mir sehr gut!”

“Unfortunately, this time there were some delays in the goods issue, which were resolved after several phone calls. There was also no consignment tracking in Germany. Nevertheless, the package could be successfully delivered without my presence, because I could arrange by phone a storage location. The quality and look of the bank itself are exactly as described and I like it very much!”
