“Hello Nicoleta, has been absolutely amazing! I had problems with my delivery which never ever arrived, as it was suppose to be deliverd, however we finally found out after several attempts, the driver ws going to to the wrong address. Nicoleta constantly chased up to get to the bottom of this issue. she was very patient , friendly and professional at all times. She really is an assett to the company and I will in the future be ordering more goods. there was an issue with the goods, which were sightly damaged and replaced with a new set. I will certainly recommend this company for future furniture.”

“Wir haben uns eine Tischgruppe bestellt, optisch sehr gut und passend auf unsere kleine überdachte Terrasse. Leider waren kleinere Lackschäden vorhanden, der Umgang mit unserer Reklamation war sehr angenehm, so dass wir dieses Unternehmen gern weiterempfehlen können. Hinzuzufügen ist noch, dass die hierfür bestimmten Sitzpolster (extra) eine hervorragende Qualität und uns schlussendlich auch den Preis als gerechtfertigt erscheinen lassen haben. Kurz: pünktlich, qualitativ gut-sehr gut, freundliche, zügige Abwicklung der Reklamation- immer wieder gern!”

“Our experience of ordering garden furniture from Lazy Susan was first class. Their website is clear, accurate and easy to navigate. Confirmations of order, despatch and delivery were received on time and the items were delivered within 4 days! Packing and assembly instructions were excellent and the product is exactly what we wanted. Already in use and hopefully will continue for many years. Planning to purchase more to add to the set next year. They seem to be a good ethical company, which happen to be located quite close to where we live.”
