“Tolle Firma und völlig unkomplizierter Kontakt. Hatte ein kleines Problem mit einem Artikel und er wurde am nächsten Werktag ausgetauscht. Exzellenter Service, ich würde die Artikel dieses Onlineshops mit Sicherheit wieder kaufen und empfehle die Firma hiermit weiter.”

“Freundlicher Service, sehr flexibel bei der Lieferung und sehr gute Verpackung. Der Aufbau war nicht schwierig, aber zeitraubend, weil die Aufbauanleitung nicht so toll war - ich habe euch mal ein paar Korrekturvorschläge in rot aufgeschrieben und hoffe, dass mit diesen Änderungen zukünftige Kunden besser zurechtkommen. Sehr bequeme Möbel - für meine Beine ist die vordere Sitzlehne etwas zu hoch, aber ich habe es noch nicht mit einem Sitzkissen probiert. Die Zeit wird zeigen, wie sich die Möbel während unseres englischen Sommers bewähren.”

“Friendly service, flexible over delivery and very well packed. Assembly wasn't difficult but time wasted due to poor instructions - I have sent marked up corrections, so hope those changes will be made for the benefit of future customers! Quite comfortable - for my legs, the front edge of the seat is a tiny bit too high but I haven't tried with a cushion yet. Time will tell as to how well it withstands British summers.”

“I have waited for a bit before reviewing to reflect. I'm still very pleased with my purchase. I wanted to find comfortable sturdy chairs and a table that were easy for one person to move round the garden and that could be left out all year without deterioration. Aluminium seemed a better bet than wood or coated steel. They fit the bill. These are generously proportioned chairs and they have feet that have not sunk into the grass in use. The chairs feel solid and are made in one piece. I was wary of bolt together models. I like the arm rests, they are super comfortable. The cushions are not essential in use. The ability to see the range at the showroom was great, in my case, it was even on a Bank Holiday. Customer service was impeccable as was the delivery on items that I could not fit in the car. So full marks all round!”
