“Shopping with your company was a pleasure,we were informed of all stages of delivery and even when i changed delivery address everything went smoothly. On delivery the furniture was simple to assemble and i am absolutely delighted with your products”

“Exzellenter Kundenservice in allen Bereichen. Kate hat mir die Produkte so gut beschrieben, dass ich beruhigt online bestellen konnte. Die Produktqualität ist einzigartig. Sehr nachdrücklich empfohlen Die Lieferung erfolgte wie vereinbart, allerdings erhält man nur ein Zeitfenster von 9 bis 5 Uhr. Es wäre kundenfreundlicher, wenn der Lieferdienst am Morgen der Lieferung Kontakt mit dem Kunden aufnehmen würde und ein Zeitfenster von sagen wir 2 Stunden nennen würde. Ich musste mir den ganzen Tag freihalten und die Lieferung erfolgte erst um 3 Uhr nachmittags.”

“Excellent Service at all levels. Kate described products which assisted hugely in my decision making. Product quality is outstanding.Very highly recommended. Delivery was as requested however, you only get a time frame of 9 to 5. It would be more cutomer friendly if the carrier made contact in the morning to give an estimated time slot of say two hours. I had to wait in all day at some inconvenience as delivery was not until 3pm.”

“Nach vielen Monaten Suche nach neuen Gartenmöbeln entdeckte ich endlich Lazy Susan. Sie waren sehr hilfreich und als ich die Produktauswahl sah, war ich angetan von der tollen Qualität und den fairen Preisen. LS war sehr hilfsbereit bei allen Belangen, bei der Auswahl und bei der Lieferung. Als die Möbel ankamen, konnte ich sie sehr einfach zusammenbauen und mein Garten gewinnt enorm durch die tollen Stücke. Alles in allem tolle Mitarbeiter, faire Preise, toller Service und fantastische Produkte. All diese Vorzüge findet man ganz selten so gebündelt und ich kann sie nur empfehlen.”
