“The 3 items which were missing from the first delivery arrived friday afternoon, thank you for the prompt attention received. The furniture looked good on your web page, however this does not really do it justice as it is superb quality and we are sure to have many years of use from it. Everyone that has seen it have been very complimentary about the design and the sturdiness of the furniture. Thank you once again.”

“Ich kann diese Firma nicht genug empfehlen. Ich habe Sonntag Nacht bestellt. Dann erhielt am Montag eine E-Mail, wo ich nach meinem Wunschlieferdatum gefragt wurde und am nächsten Tag, dem Dienstag hatte ich die Lieferung vor mir stehen. Alles war hervorragend verpackt. Der Zusammenbau hat etwas gedauert, war aber keine große Sache. Würde einenguten Schraubenschlüssel empfehlen, damit es schneller geht. Mit den neuen Gartenmöbeln schaut meine Terrasse jetzt fantastisch aus, jetzt brauchen wir nur noch schönes Wetter.”

“I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I placed the order on Sunday night. I got an e-mail requesting the desired delivery date on Monday (Bank Holiday) and took delivery on the requested date on Thursday. Everything was very well packaged. It took a little time to assemble, but straightforward. Would recommend a good spanner to speed up the process. Everything is now looking lovely on my patio, now we just need some decent weather.”

“Der Plastikball auf der Sonnenschirmspitze wur kaputt und musste ausgetauscht werden. Es brauchet ein paar E-Mails um den Austausch in die Wege zu leiten, aber der Kundenservice war stets freundlich und höflich und die Lieferung von Tisch und Stühlen wurde professionell organisiert. Mein Tipp wäre, die Artikel noch gründlicher zu inspizieren, bevor sie an den Kunden ausgeliefert werden. Natürlich kann auch auf dem Transportweg mak etwas kaputtgehen. Exzellente Qualität des Amy Tisches und der Stühle, und sie schauen einfach toll aus auf meiner Terrasse. Ich freue mich schon auf viele Jahre Entspannung mit meinen neuen Gartenmöbeln; exzellente Qualität für das Geld.”
